The keys to our success come from Bill Stirling and Dawnette Overbo’s long experience in the property management and real estate business, our competitive pricing and our dedicated and dynamic property manager, Crystal Eppstein. To further solidify the re-emergence of our property management effort, we teamed up with a local maintenance company, The Property Doctor, to provide our clients with highly skilled, reliable and talented property maintenance services. Our emphasis is on sustainable, preventative maintenance, but we are able to respond to the widest range of management challenges, promptly and effectively. We also have a team of excellent detail oriented housekeepers. We are always willing to work with your personal housekeeping or maintenance staff. Currently, maintenance is billed starting at $50/hour and housekeeping is billed at $35/hour.
